The Lady Jacket Vollleyball team remained undefeated in district play Tuesday night defeating rival Aledo in 5 games, 25-21, 24-26, 25-20, 16-25, 15-12. They will be in action again Friday night at 6 p.m. at home versus Brewer.

Cleburne (25-10, 3-0 in district) is now alone at the top in the 6-4A standings. They also remain the only undefeated team in this district.

Ashlie Christenson led the Lady Jackets with 17 kills followed by Katie Tull with 13.

The JV volleyball team fell to 1-2 in district play with a loss to Aledo Tuesday night 13-25, 25-23, 16-25, 18-25. They will play Brewer at home Friday night at 5 p.m.

The Freshmen A and B teams also fell to Aledo Tuesday night both losing in two games. They will play Brewer at home with A team starting at 5 p.m. and B team starting at 6 p.m.
