Interrante Breaks TISCA Record

Time appears to be on the side of Cleburne High School swimmer Zack Interrante.

With the UIL District meet less than six weeks away, Interrante has set a new Texas Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association meet record in the 100 meter butterfly. While at the TISCA Frisco Invitational, held December 13, he also established a new personal best time in the 200-meter individual medley.

The Cleburne Yellow Jacket and Lady Jacket swimmers dominated the competition during their recent meet held at Splash Station on October 20th against Granbury and Midway High Schools.

For the second time in two years, Leah Parker, Ashley Sartin and Sarah Chambless will represent CHS at the state swim meet as part of the girls� medley relay team.

CHS Swim Team meeting announced

The Cleburne High School Swim Team will hold a meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 10th in the CHS Lycium for students interested in joining the swim team. Parents are also invited to attend. For more information, please contact Terri Chambless at (817) 645-6115.
