Members of Cleburne High School’s Golden Pride Band will travel to Los Angeles May 2 to work with Disney music professionals in a recording session.

“We are going to have the opportunity to go into the recording studios at Disney and work on a soundtrack,” said Band Director Jason Jones. “What we record could be used on one of their shorter animated films. The kids are pretty excited about it.”

Saturday, September 17 is the annual fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. The event consists of a cattle drive on the 800 acre ranch, a large inflatable park for kids, western activities including gunfighters throughout the day in Old Town and live Texas music in the large barn. NO ADMISSION charge for ranch activities; $5 charge for inflatable park all day. Shuttles are furnished to Antique Alley along Hwy 4.
